ORDER DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping modalities and cost and schedules

For shipments to the mainland destination (mainland Spain and mainland Portugal) we use Nacex's courier service with delivery in approximately 24/48 hours. The cost for the Nacex courier is 4.95 euros, being free for orders over 49 euros. You will enjoy free shipping costs if your order exceeds €49 in products. This promotion is valid only for orders to the Peninsula (mainland Spain and mainland Portugal) and is not applicable to other destinations.

 How long does it take for my order to arrive from my purchase?

All orders received before 3:00 p.m. on a working day are processed and placed in the hands of the couriers that same day (except for orders whose payment is made by bank transfer and >shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla).

Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla

If you live in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, VAT will be automatically discounted. The shipping cost for these destinations is 12 euros. Stock:

RETURN POLICY OR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

The refund will be made in the same means of payment that you used to pay for the purchase, unless the consumer provides otherwise or prefers any other. APPLICABLE WARRANTIES 

In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1 / 2007, the products have a two-year guarantee from the date of delivery, against any manufacturing defect.
